Job Description
Market & Customer Analysis:Analyze each area’s market (demand, purchasing power, number of cars, competition)Understand and derive customer behavior for each locationEvaluate each merchant (strengths & weaknesses – services, location, pricing)Marketing & Campaign Management:Design and execute tailored marketing campaigns for each merchantManage and optimize campaign performance and measure impact on revenue and customer growthEnhance digital presence and manage social media channelsAnalyze platforms and select the most effective channels for each campaign, integrated with the systemConsultative Role:Act as a direct marketing consultant for merchantsProvide growth strategies and performance improvement plansSubscriptions & Offers Management:Design subscription packages based on market and locationCreate offers, coupons, discounts, and promotional campaignsDevelop loyalty programs (points, rewards, usage incentives)Launch campaigns (acquisition – reactivation – usage growth)
Performance Analysis & Optimization:Analyze KPIs (subscriptions, usage, retention, ROI)Continuously optimize packages and offers based on data insights
Strong experience in marketing (preferably in services or automotive sector)Excellent data analysis and market research skillsDeep understanding of local customer behaviorProven experience in digital marketing and campaign managementStrong consulting and communication skills with merchantsStrategic and execution-oriented mindset
