Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist with a strong background in graphic design, social media management, marketing planning, campaigns, events, budgeting, and agency coordination.The ideal candidate should be able to manage social media platforms, create engaging designs, plan campaigns, coordinate events inside and outside Egypt, manage marketing budgets, work with suppliers, and handle external marketing agencies.

ResponsibilitiesManage and plan the company’s social media platforms.Create monthly content calendars and creative campaign ideas.Design social media posts, presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials.Support the company’s marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.Prepare and track marketing budgets.Plan and execute marketing campaigns.Coordinate events, exhibitions, client visits, and company branding activities in Egypt and abroad.Source and manage marketing agencies, designers, media buyers, printing suppliers, event organizers, and other vendors.Plan and coordinate giveaways, corporate gifts, and branded materials.Track campaign and social media performance and prepare reports.Support the company’s employer branding and employer image in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.Previous experience in marketing, social media management, and graphic design.Strong design skills using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign, or similar.Experience in social media planning and content creation.Experience in campaign management, budgeting, events, and supplier coordination.Ability to manage or recruit marketing agencies and follow up on deliverables.Excellent command of English.Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.Work Location: AlexandriaJob Type: Full-time
