Marketing Specialists

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.Manage the company's digital presence and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.Create and coordinate engaging marketing content in collaboration with the design team.Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.Support lead generation initiatives and work closely with the sales team to improve campaign effectiveness.Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Contribute creative ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, campaign planning, and performance analysis.Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and marketing plans.Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and reporting dashboards.Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing is a plus.Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.Experience working in a B2B environment is a plus.
