Job Description
- Master Data Management and Collection:
- Handling all BUs inquiries & requests for master data support.
- Coordinating with different stakeholders for data processing and deactivation
- Follow up database system related issues with IT dept.
- Coordinating with finance, legal or any supporting teams to comply with different regulators requirements in master database.
- Maintain master databases and conduct regular maintenance to ensure data integrity.
- Master Data Management quality and integrity:
- Validating master data accuracy and quality from different data sources, via both manual and automated tools.
- Reporting the data accuracy based on the validated data either by manual validation or automated tools.
- Investigating master data gaps and issues data issues and taking data cleansing decisions.
- Ensure that the data is collected based on stated quality standards and support different BUs users and data sources to adhere to same standards.
- Investigating & escalating users/system mistakes/errors to concerned BUs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management
- Data management, Data Quality, Data analysis
- ERP system knowledge is a plus.
- MS Excel: advanced
- MS Power point: V.Good
- MS Word: Good
- Power BI: Good
