Mechanical Engineer

Design, develop, and oversee the installation of mechanical systems for residential real estate projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical solutions seamlessly into overall project plans.Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate mechanical system performance and identify areas for improvement.Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for mechanical components and systems.Supervise contractors and subcontractors during the installation and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.Perform calculations and simulations to optimize system efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.Ensure all mechanical systems adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during construction and post-occupancy phases.Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and maintenance records.Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and recommend innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems design and implementation.Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Solid understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to work on-site as required by project demands.
