Responsibilities:Lead and execute comprehensive maintenance, installation, and repair activities for a diverse range of mechanical systems and machinery.Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.Develop and implement robust preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and extend asset lifespan.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality control, to optimize operational processes.Interpret and create technical drawings and specifications, utilizing CAD software as needed.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles, coupled with hands-on experience in maintenance and repair.

Proficiency in troubleshooting complex mechanical issues, understanding various manufacturing processes, and applying rigorous quality control measures are essential.

Required Skills:Demonstrable expertise in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering principles, and hands-on Maintenance.Experience in the field of plastic manufacturing is preferred.Strong understanding and practical experience with Preventive Maintenance strategies.Knowledge of various Manufacturing Processes and adherence to Quality Control standards.Excellent Problem-Solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.Age not exceeding 35 years.Proficiency in English.Experience Requirements:A minimum of 2-3 years of dedicated experience in a Mechanical Engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
