Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions to restore equipment functionality promptly.Develop and execute maintenance schedules in alignment with operational requirements and safety standards.Supervise and coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors during repair and overhaul activities.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair histories.Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulatory standards during all maintenance operations.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and process improvements.Conduct root cause analysis of recurring mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions.Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure availability of critical components.Provide technical support and training to junior maintenance staff and operators.Working Hours From 7 Am To 7 Pm

Bachelor degree in Engineering Mechanical department.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within the construction or heavy equipment industry.Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of mechanical systems and equipment.Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.Experience in developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures.Excellent organizational and documentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.Strong communication and team leadership abilities.Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in equipment maintenance.Proficiency in using maintenance management software and diagnostic tools.Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance needs outside regular working hours.Preferred residence: Beni Suef .Advanced MS Excel skills.
