Ensure that the preventive maintenance done on time, follow up the cleanliness of equipment and inspect it.Analyze the causes of the breakdowns and find the root cause to prevent them.Conduct a daily meeting with the maintenance engineer and technicians to discuss the section problemsResponsible for all maintenance operationsDiagnose breakdown problemsDesign maintenance plans, strategies, procedures, and methodsMonitor and control maintenance costsMake all reports about the Maintenance operationsManage the Maintenance team to ensure that they perform their tasks according to the procedures Conduct regular inspections to evaluate machinery conditions and diagnose problemsEnsure up-to-date machinery logs and conduct performance analysisEnsure availability of spare parts in coordination with warehouse and procurement Inspect products to ensure efficiency or detect problems in order to secure quality products in coordination with the quality control departmentEnsure compliance with safety standards and report any anticipated safety risk or safety standard violation Develop periodic reports regarding productivity, efficiency, quality etcProvide technical support, advice, and knowledge to subordinatesSupervise the quality of production outputs ensuring that levels of quality and quality standards are attained

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Power EngineeringAt Least 7 years of experience in Mechanical MaintenancePrevious experience in metal production is preferable People management & Problem Solving skillsVery good at English language
