Are You the Ideal Candidate?Extensive Experience: 8-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other relevant technologies.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Essential Skills: Expertise in Engineering, Maintenance, Mechanical, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Maintenance, and Production.Analytical Skills: Proficient in Reliability Engineering and Root Cause Analysis.
