Mechanical Production Engineer

Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety standards.Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes for electrical safety products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.Lead initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of production processes and changes.Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols.Support new product introductions by developing and validating manufacturing processes.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.Proven track record of optimizing production processes in an industrial environment.Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and manufacturing best practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using production management and data analysis tools.Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
