Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for various mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting).Support project teams by providing accurate technical data, calculations, and material specifications.Coordinate with design teams, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical queries and ensure seamless project execution.Conduct material take-offs and quantity surveying, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to project budgets.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including submittals, approvals, and technical reports.Implement quality control procedures for all technical outputs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.Utilize advanced software like AutoCAD and potentially BIM for drafting and modeling.
