Location: Degla, Maadi (Hybrid/On-site)Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMDays: 5 Days/Week About the RoleWe are looking for a Medical Operations Team Leader to join our growing team at HealPath.This role plays a critical part in managing and optimizing healthcare operations across Chronic Care Management (CCM), Chronic Refill, and Telehealth services.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across medical programs (CCM & Chronic Refill)Coordinate between Clinical Pharmacists, Customer Support, IT, and Quality teamsMonitor workflows, SLAs, and operational KPIsEnsure proper documentation and data accuracy across systemsSupport patient journey optimization and service deliveryHandle escalations and ensure timely resolutionTrack performance and prepare operational reportsEnsure compliance with healthcare standards and internal SOPs What We OfferMedical & Social InsuranceCareer growth in Digital HealthExposure to advanced healthcare operations & systems
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or any medical-related field3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations/telehealth / medical supportStrong understanding of medical workflows and patient managementExcellent communication and coordination skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with systems like CRM / Zoho / Healthcare platforms is a plus
