Medical reviewer & lab chemist

Review and verify medical records for accuracy and completeness.Identify, address, and report any discrepancies, issues, or errors found in medical documentation.Analyze and validate medical data to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.Coordinate with healthcare professionals to clarify and resolve documentation issues when necessary.Collect blood samples from patients for laboratory analysis while following proper clinical and safety procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or a related healthcare field.Previous experience in medical record review, clinical documentation, laboratory work, or healthcare operations is preferred.Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and healthcare documentation standards.Ability to analyze medical data with high attention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality, and compliance standards.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical record (EMR) systems is an advantage.Experience in blood sample collection and phlebotomy procedures is preferred.Strong commitment to patient safety and professional ethics.
