Microbiology Analyst

Perform necessary microbiological testing, issues certificates of analysis required and ensure that all obtained results are within the specified approved limit, using a valid method of analysisEnsure sampling procedures and analyses all assigned products and ensures that all necessary testing is carried out following the approved written instructionsIdentification of microorganisms following the approved SOPPerform Environmental Zoning and monitoring for production areas regarding both viable and non-viable parametersCarry out microbial quality-control tests and generates challenge test dataMonitor microbiological control for raw materials and products and a wide variety of microbiological, biological tests which are performed in accordance with the approved protocolParticipate in validation protocols of manufacturing sites and equipment and provide help to the microbiology team in the application of the internal and external regulatory requirementsHelp in conducting internal audits on department test methods and activities to confirm compliance and to identify improvementMaintains laboratory equipment in line with preventative maintenance schedulesSample, inspect, analyze and record accurately raw materials, intermediates, and finished productsImplement standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the quality attributes of products, including the collection and administration of environmental monitoring data, testing, utilities, and microbial identificationPresent reports for testing once all criteria are met, as specified in the procedures and testing specificationsResponsible for implementation of all EHS requirements during the performance of lab activities

Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a related scientific field.Strong analytical and instrumental background.Basic knowledge of microbiological testing techniques.Previous experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
