The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining seamless communication between the backend portal and mobile platforms while ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.The developer will work closely with our internal team to enhance existing features, implement new functionality, and ensure consistency between desktop and mobile environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining developer and deployment accounts for both iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Console) platforms, including app publishing, updates, certificates, and compliance requirements.Develop and maintain mobile application features for iOS and Android platforms.Integrate the mobile application with the existing desktop/web portal and backend systems.Build and maintain APIs and data synchronization processes.Ensure secure authentication, user data protection, and system reliability.Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, integration issues, and compatibility problems.Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to improve user experience.Conduct testing and quality assurance for both mobile and portal integrations.Maintain proper documentation for development and deployment processes.Support future upgrades and feature enhancements.

Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android.Strong knowledge of Flutter, or similar mobile technologies.Experience integrating mobile applications with web portals and backend APIs.Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and cloud-based services.Experience with database management and backend systems.Familiarity with authentication systems, security protocols, and data encryption.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.Experience with version control systems such as Git.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.Preferred SkillsExperience with real estate, CRM, or enterprise management platforms.Knowledge of Firebase, AWS, or Azure cloud services.Experience publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.UI/UX design experience is considered an asset.
