Job Description
About the project:Josh Talks AI is hiring native Najdi Arabic speakers from Syria or a paid freelance project to help build the next generation of AI language models.
The work is fully remote, self-paced, and done from your mobile phone.What you'll do:
1. RECORD: Have a natural (7-20 min) conversation in Najdi Arabic with another native speaker (we'll pair you up).
We provide prompts so the conversation feels real, not scripted.
Recording is done on our free mobile app, Josh Talks Family.
2. TRANSCRIBE: Once your audio passes our quality check, you'll write a verbatim transcript of the approved conversation — every word, every filler ("ah," "yaani," "khalas"), in Najdi Arabic script.Pay (in USD): $0.12 per approved hour of conversation recorded, if completed the target per day payout goes upto USD
0. 72. $0.3 per approved hour of transcript completed, if completed the target per day payout goes upto 0.6 USD.Payment is released after our QA team reviews and approves your work.
