Odoo Functional Consultant (HR Module)

ObjectiveWe are seeking a detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team.

This role serves as a vital bridge between our ERP system and site operations.

The primary objective is to supervise site timekeepers, ensuring absolute accuracy in data entry—including attendance, leaves, and biometric system integration—within the Odoo HR module.Functional ResponsibilitiesSystem Management & Data Integrity:Oversee and optimize the usage of the Odoo HR module to ensure seamless operational workflows.Monitor and validate all attendance and leave data uploaded by site timekeepers to ensure 100% data accuracy.Perform routine audits to align biometric system logs with the information processed within the Odoo platform.Field Support & Oversight:Provide continuous technical guidance and support to site teams to resolve issues related to system inputs.Analyze data trends to identify potential discrepancies and maintain high-quality reporting standards.

Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with Odoo (specifically the HR module).Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing digital attendance systems and biometric integration.CompetenciesPrecision & Attention to Detail: A rigorous approach to data validation and system accuracy.Planning & Organizing: Ability to manage multiple site inputs effectively and adhere to reporting schedules.Achievement Orientation: A proactive mindset focused on improving system efficiency and operational excellence.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsThis role is based at our operational sites in the Borg El Arab industrial area.The environment requires high levels of coordination between remote site teams and the central office.
