Operations Specialist – Nasr City, Cairo Full-time | 15,000 EGP/month | Permanent Role Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (EGY Time)Compensation & BenefitsFixed salary: 15,000 EGP/monthQuarterly bonus: Up to 15,000 EGP (after probation, based on KPIs)Growth-focused environmentHands-on training & career developmentSupportive and friendly operations teamAbout the RoleWe’re looking for an Operations Specialist to support our operations team in Cairo.
You’ll assist in managing daily job schedules, tracking engineer performance, and ensuring client needs are handled quickly and professionally.
