Job Description
Lead end-to-end HCM track delivery within ERP implementationDefine track strategy, scope, timeline, and deliverablesManage HCM consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams- Ensure alignment with overall digital transformation roadmapOversee HCM design, configuration, and deployment activitiesValidate business requirements across HR functions (recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle)Approve system configurations and solution design- Ensure data migration and data integrityLead CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles for HCM modulesEnsure defects are tracked and resolved- Sign-off on system readiness and quality deliverablesAct as primary point of contact for HR leadershipCoordinate with vendors, Oracle partners, and IT teams- Report track progress, risks, and issues to program governance
4 to 7 years of experience in ERP HCM (Oracle Fusion preferred)Proven experience leading ERP implementation tracks/modulesStrong knowledge of HR processes (Core HR, Absence management, payroll, recruitment, talent management, employee lifecycle)Experience in digital transformation programsStrong stakeholder and team management experienceIndustry : Construction
