Job Description
- Execute daily visit plans to customers and retail shops.
- Communicate with customers and present the company’s products.
- Explain product features and benefits in a simple and convincing manner.
- Search for and acquire new shops and customers.
- Record customer and order details accurately.
- Follow up with existing customers and handle repeat orders.
- Monitor competitors’ prices and special offers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow the outdoor sales plan and assigned geographical coverage.
- Follow up on collections according to company policy.
- Prepare daily visit and sales reports.
- Attend product and sales skills training and continuously work on improving performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in mobile accessories is preferred.
- Basic experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Social and outgoing personality with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel between customers.
- Fast learner with a strong willingness to develop.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Valid driving license is a plus if the role requires driving.
