Job Overview: This role involves leading and managing a team, ensuring the timely completion of tasks and projects while maintaining quality standards.
Collaboration with other departments is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor team task completion.- Support and guide team members.- Prepare monthly HR reports.- Conduct quarterly performance reviews.- Manage and update employee data.- Resolve issues and ensure task completion.- Develop and monitor team timelines.- Train employees on new systems.- Visit all branches annually.- Participate in investigations for major disputes.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree;
HR diploma required; experience with labor offices preferred.- Experience: 6+ years in HR.- Strong leadership and delegation abilities.- Independent work and research skills.- Excellent communication skills.- High ethical standards in HR practices.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Strong interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
