People Partner Specialist
Job Description
About The JobWe are looking to hire a highly motivated People Partner Specialist who will be responsible for People Partner administration, including exit interviews, hiring planning, contract signing, follow up the investigations.Job Responsibilities &Duties:Arranging a monthly meeting with the operations manager or the area manager to discuss the work plan for the area, including appointments, branches that will be closed, and branches that will be included within others.Attending branch manager nomination interviews.Preparing a monthly report on the number of resignations in the region.
Conducting an exit interview for employees and analyzing this data to retain employees in the future.Follow up on the plan for appointing administrators in the region.Preparing a monthly report on new branches, closing branches, and branches annexed to other branches.Follow up on the annual evaluations of the district’s employees and any amendments thereto.Follow up on missing employee papers in coordination with the Personnel Department.Follow up on the delivery of the resignation papers, sign the acknowledgment of receipt of the papers, and return it to the archives department.Follow up on social insurance problems in coordination with the Insurance Department.Activate and monitor problems related to the MenaMe App on an ongoing basis.Responding to inquiries about salary and monthly incentives.(4)Responding and following up by telephone or email to any inquiry related to any department of the Human Resources Department.(1)Follow up on employee activation on the fingerprint device.(2)Follow up on employees’ signatures on contracts and renewals.(5)Follow up on the district’s investigations and their results, clarify any employee grievances regarding the results, and sign the result of the investigation with the knowledge of the employee.(1)
Bachelor’s degree in HR or any relevant field.1-2 years of experience.Experience with Labor offices is a must.HR Diploma is a must.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
