Planning Engineer

▪ Develop and maintain the master project schedule in Primavera P6 in coordination with the Project Controls Lead. ▪ Monitor and report EPC contractor progress against the approved baseline schedule on a daily and weekly basis. ▪ Conduct schedule variance analysis and critical path assessments to identify delays and recommend mitigation. ▪ Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports with S-curve analysis and look-ahead schedule updates. ▪ Review and assess EPC contractor recovery plans, acceleration programs, and revised schedules. ▪ Participate in site progress meetings and document all schedule-related discussions. ▪ Track and report key project milestones, including site mobilization, civil completion, electrical completion, and commissioning. ▪ Coordinate with the Document Controller to maintain records of all schedule submittals and revisions. ▪ Support the Project Manager in preparing schedule-related contractual correspondence. ▪ Maintain and update the project risk register with schedule risk inputs. ▪ Assist in the preparation of time impact analyses and extension of time (EOT) assessments.

▪ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management. ▪ Minimum 7 years of planning and scheduling experience on construction or power projects. ▪ Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 (required) and MS Project. ▪ Experience in PMC or Owner's Engineer planning roles on renewable energy projects is preferred. ▪ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent report writing.
