Planning Engineer

• Reviewing Contract Bids Terms & Conditions, Specifications, Bill of Material & Drawing
• Create Project Schedule starting from Project Master Schedule to the Detailed Schedule
• Create Project Recovery Plan & Revised Schedule according to EOT & Prolongation Cost
• Following up & Coordinating with the Client, All Project Parties, Suppliers & Subcontractors
• Reviewing & Issue Daily, Weekly Report, Monthly Report, Quarter Report & Annual Report whenever request
• Manage, Monitoring & Controlling Project Budget & Invoices according to the Project Contract
• Updating Monthly Project Schedule, " Area of Concern " & Delay Analysis, Cost & Time Impact Report
• Ensure accurate & timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project
• Manage, Monitoring & Controlling Subcontractors' daily activities according to Project Time Schedule
• Maintain effective on-going communication with Construction Team & Engineering Team
• Ensuring that all Site Inspections & FAT is carried out on time as requested to the Client & Recorded
• Reviewing Subcontractors’ Claim in co-ordination with the Project Contract and Specifications
• Handling all logistics issue from shipping till arrived to the project warehouse to make that the company can issue the invoices

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related fields3-5 years experience as Planning Engineer in any related fields (Railway field experience is highly recommended)

Good Command of English and computer literacy (MS Office Suite).Proficiency in project management and scheduling software such as Primavera P

6.Well organized and detailedSolid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.Luxor Residence is a must
