Planning Manager

Planning & SchedulingMonitor project progress and ensure timely project delivery.Develop project strategies aligned with business objectives.Establish planning standards, procedures, and best practices.Cash Flow & Financial ManagementDevelop and manage project cash flow plans.Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial status reports.Resource ManagementPrepare and oversee resource plans including manpower, materials, and equipment.Ensure optimal allocation and utilization of project resources.Risk ManagementIdentify potential project delays and risks.Implement mitigation strategies and corrective action plans.Reporting & Performance TrackingPrepare periodic reports including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.Highlight project status, risks, cash flow, and cost performance indicators.Stakeholder & Project CoordinationCoordinate with Project Managers to achieve project targets and milestones.Align with clients, developers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Participate in project progress meetings and provide planning recommendations.Claims & Contract ManagementOversee claims preparation and review supporting documentation.Support negotiations with top management and stakeholders regarding project claims and contractual matters.Leadership & Team ManagementLead, manage, and mentor the Planning team.Ensure team performance, development, and alignment with company objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management.8–10 years of experience in planning within real estate and construction projects.Strong experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.PMP certification is a plus.
