Supervise all daily broiler farm operations from chick placement to market age.Monitor flock health and performance on a daily basis.Coordinate vaccination and treatment programs with the farm veterinarian.Monitor feed and water consumption and optimize Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR).Track mortality rates and implement corrective actions when necessary.Monitor environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, ventilation, and lighting.Conduct regular bird weighing and analyze growth performance.Ensure strict implementation of biosecurity and sanitation protocols.Supervise and manage farm workers, ensuring proper task execution.Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily and weekly reports.Identify operational issues and recommend practical solutions.Ensure compliance with company SOPs and animal welfare standards.
