Pre Sales Consultant - Dynamics 365 & Power Apps

Lead presales cycles for Dynamics 365 & Power Apps and develop structured action plans.Respond to sales inquiries and advise on Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).Prepare proposals, solution blueprints, licensing estimates, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.Analyze customer requirements and design scalable functional and technical solutions.Collaborate with architects, SMEs, and delivery leads to validate feasibility and solution alignment.Research and recommend ISV/add-on solutions to build complete architectures.Prepare and deliver tailored demos, presentations, and walkthroughs aligned with customer needs.Conduct discovery and scoping workshops to gather high-level requirements.Create high-quality presales documentation, presentations, and artefacts.Communicate value propositions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.Maintain strong customer engagement and build trusted client relationships.Stay updated on Microsoft roadmap, licensing changes, and industry trends.Collaborate effectively with internal teams (technical, delivery, UX, infrastructure).Manage multiple opportunities, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.

More than 7 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform.Proven experience in presales, solution design, or technical consulting.Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.Ability to map business needs to technical solutions and articulate value clearly.Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills (English & Arabic).Ability to run discovery workshops and produce high-quality proposals and presales artefacts.Strong customer engagement, relationship-building, and active listening skills.Solid understanding of digital transformation, cloud technologies, and industry trends.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.Ability to collaborate across teams and deliver professional demos and presentations.Willingness to travel as required.
