Preschool English Teacher - KidzGround Assiut

The Teacher is responsible for the overall instruction and care for the children in her/his class to help them achieve their utmost potential. S/He will focus on facilitating the development of children’s skills, character and their love for learning. S/He is to follow the educational philosophy and the curriculum outlined by STEAMulation Hub, as well as, its policy and systems. S/He is accountable for ensuring that the personal care, hygiene, learning & development activities, specialized programs, and the positive discipline of the children are all implemented according to our high standards and maintaining our reputation for excellence. S/He will design and provide a stimulating, safe, and developmentally appropriate educational environment where children have the opportunity to develop their cognitive, language, social-emotional, physical, and self-help skills. S/He must maintain an ongoing link of communication, verbal & written, with all parents of children in her class making sure to inform them of the progress of their child(ren) and to handle any of their concerns related to the children’s educational and developmental needs. S/He is required to work in collaboration with her classroom co-teacher & teacher aides to achieve her objectives. S/He may need to train, coach and supervise the classroom’s Assistant Teacher or Teacher Aide(s).

Dynamic and positive character able to inspire, influence and engage children and guide them to develop their skills & abilities and realize their full potential.Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and to motivate others to accomplish the overall company’s vision & objectives.Ability to self-motivate, establish priorities, work independently and proceed with achieving objectives & meeting deadlines with minimum supervision.Effective analytical & problem-solving abilities with a high degree of patience & resilience, and robust capability to manage multiple tasks.Strong organizational and time management skills and a resilient ability to work under stress.Remarkable professional work ethics & business sense, demonstrating honesty, integrity and commitment to confidentiality.Punctuality & reliability in attendance is a priority, with the flexibility to work extra hours, occasional evenings, or weekends to meet the needs of the overall program.Able to physically and mentally react promptly to unexpected circumstances and emergencies.Able to interact and communicate with children on the playground/classroom, i.e. run, jump, dance, demonstrate physical exercises.Ability to research latest developments in the early childhood development theories, programs, techniques and practices, internationally and locally, to upgrade own knowledge and skills.
