Process Engineer

·Project & Process Management

·        Be familiar with all parts and Bills of Materials (BOM) of mobile phones to ensure accurate process execution and control

·        Formulate project construction objectives, define direction, and implement reform and improvement plans

·        Cooperate with the department head to achieve annual department goals and operational targets

·        Promote process optimization initiatives and drive continuous improvement across production lines

·        Basic understanding of mechanical assembly processes.

·Operations & Equipment Management

·        Provide guidance, follow-up, supervision, and management for all ongoing projects to ensure smooth execution

·        Oversee equipment management, resource preparation, maintenance, and daily operational activities

·        Monitor and improve production efficiency while reducing process defect rates through effective corrective actions

·        Establish and maintain technical notes and requirements for new product introductions

·Problem Solving & Process Analysis

·        Conduct in-depth analysis of abnormal process issues and their impact across various models

·        Prepare rework technical liaison tickets, develop, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

·        Analyze production line cycle times to determine and finalize the manpower plan

·Training & Development

Provide technical training, coaching, and development for junior staff within the Engineering Department (technicians and maintenance personnel)
