Project & Process ManagementBe familiar with all parts and Bills of Materials (BOM) of mobile phones to ensure accurate process execution and controlFormulate project construction objectives, define direction, and implement reform and improvement plansCooperate with the department head to achieve annual department goals and operational targetsPromote process optimization initiatives and drive continuous improvement across production linesBasic understanding of mechanical assembly processes.Operations & Equipment ManagementProvide guidance, follow-up, supervision, and management for all ongoing projects to ensure smooth executionOversee equipment management, resource preparation, maintenance, and daily operational activitiesMonitor and improve production efficiency while reducing process defect rates through effective corrective actionsEstablish and maintain technical notes and requirements for new product introductionsProblem Solving & Process AnalysisConduct in-depth analysis of abnormal process issues and their impact across various modelsPrepare rework technical liaison tickets, develop, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)Analyze production line cycle times to determine and finalize the manpower planTraining & DevelopmentProvide technical training, coaching, and development for junior staff within the Engineering Department (technicians and maintenance personnel)

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or any relevant degree1-3 years of experience 2 years of experience in the same position in the relevant fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).ERP System knowledgeExcellent in English is a must.

• Understanding of root cause analysis tools (Fishbone, 5 Why, Pareto).
• Knowledge of SOP creation and process documentation standards.
• Basic awareness of quality concepts (defects, inspection, Go/No-Go).
