Review technical specifications and BOQs to ensure accurate material selection.Prepare RFQs, analyze technical and commercial offers, and issue purchase orders.Coordinate with technical office, site teams, and suppliers to meet project timelines.Prepare comparison sheets for suppliers and subcontractors.Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and approved vendors.Monitor material delivery, invoices, and supplier performance.
BSc of Engineering (Civil / Architectural).5 years` experience in Procurement within construction companies.Very good knowledge of construction materials and market prices.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel>Very good command of English language.
