Procurement Engineer ( Mechanical - Infra )

Manage the procurement process from inquiry to purchase order issuance.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best value for the company.Obtain and analyze quotations, ensuring technical and commercial compliance.Prepare and review project cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing sheets.Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and monitor price trends.Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.Evaluate supplier performance and maintain supplier databases.Prepare comparison sheets and procurement reports.Support tendering and bidding activities through cost estimation and supplier quotations.Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.Follow up on deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical).3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, and cost estimation.Experience in infrastructure projects, lifting stations, pipelines, water, and wastewater projects is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of pricing, cost analysis, and tender preparation.Experience dealing with suppliers, subcontractors, and local market vendors.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
