Production Engineer

Monitor and optimize daily production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.Analyze production data and prepare reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the manufacturing process.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the production cycle.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and reduce equipment failures.Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for production incidents.Train and support production staff on best practices, new equipment, and process changes.

1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production equipment.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.Willingness to work on-site and adapt to flexible schedules as needed.
