Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring production operations, improving process efficiency, ensuring product quality, and supporting the achievement of production targets while maintaining safety and operational standards.Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor and supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.Ensure production targets are achieved according to the production plan.Analyze production performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse teams to optimize productivity.Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.Monitor machine performance, downtime, and production efficiency.Prepare production reports and analyze key production data.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related discipline).1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts.Experience working with production KPIs and reporting.
