Production Engineer

Euromed for Medical Industries is seeking a highly motivated Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, improving manufacturing efficiency, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with company procedures and GMP requirements.Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.Monitor production lines to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.Coordinate with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments.Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and company procedures.Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.Optimize manpower utilization and machine efficiency.Train and support production operators.Ensure proper documentation of all production activities.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Chemical, or relevant discipline).2–5 years of experience in manufacturing.Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, plastics, or FMCG is preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of GMP and Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.Good command of English.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
