Responsibilities:Optimize Production Processes: Analyze existing production methods and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase output.Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and resolve technical issues on the production line, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with R&D, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance teams to achieve operational excellence.Implement Best Practices: Support the adoption of Lean Manufacturing principles and other industry best practices.Document and Report: Maintain detailed records of production data, process changes, and performance metrics.

Skills & Technologies: You will be leveraging your expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Production, alongside developing skills in Process Optimization, Quality Control, and Troubleshooting.

Exposure to CAD Software and a foundational understanding of Electrical Engineering Fundamentals will also be highly beneficial.

Required Skills:Strong foundational knowledge in Mechanical Engineering.Demonstrated understanding of Production processes and principles.Excellent Problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to assist in Process Optimization initiatives.Basic understanding of Troubleshooting mechanical and production issues.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts is a plus.Strong Communication and Teamwork skills.Basic knowledge of Project Management principles.Ability to generate clear Technical Documentation.Experience Requirements:1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
