Job Description
- Prepare and follow up daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Develop production schedules based on sales orders, delivery dates, inventory levels, and available capacity.
- Convert sales orders into executable production orders.
- Determine production priorities according to customer requirements and stock availability.
- Analyze available machine and manpower capacity against production demand.
- Prepare machine and production line schedules to optimize utilization and reduce downtime and waste.
- Monitor actual production performance and follow up on daily achievement versus plan.
- Update production plans in case of machine breakdowns, material shortages, or unexpected operational changes.
- Review raw material, production supplies, and finished goods inventory levels.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of the production plan.
- Follow up preventive and emergency maintenance schedules and reflect them in production plans.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and analyze deviations from plan.
- Create, follow up, and close production orders through theERP system.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, preferably Production, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related discipline.
- Minimum3 years of experiencein Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience inplastic manufacturing, metal forming, or similar industrial manufacturing sectorsis highly preferred
- Good knowledge ofERP systems.
- Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and MS Office.
- Good knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle changing production priorities.
- Candidates residing in 10th of Ramadan City, Cairo, Belbeis, or nearby areas are preferred.
