Production Shift Manager

Planning, organizing, directing and supervising the employees and workers of production and fully supervising the inputs, processes and outputs of the production processes.Setting the daily plans for the items to be produced according to the weekly Plan.send the weekly production plan to high management depending on forecast received from the sales department.Full supervision of the inputs and outputs of production processes and application of quality standards and procedures in place in the company and documentation of production processes.Identify raw material requirements and prepare orders for production process inputs.Ensure the application of occupational health and safety standards in the factory.Follow-up maintenance work in the production hall by specialists and reporting to Maintenance team.Evaluate the progress of production processes and make the necessary changes aimed at improving the quality of production and reducing time, effort and cost.Reporting on all aspects of the process of production and achievements and failures to the direct managerCommitment to achieve and achieve the objectives of the management and implementation of key performance indicators required KPIssend daily reports to high management for easier follow-up steps.

BSc at Engineering / Production / Mechanical ProductionA minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fast moving food manufacturing environment.Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulationsCommunication skillsTechnical skillsLeadership SkillsProficient in MS Office and ERP software
