Project Engineer

Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and closing of diverse construction projects, with a strong focus on factory building.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression.Conduct regular site inspections and prepare comprehensive progress reports.Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

We're seeking an Experienced Project Engineer with a proven track record of success.Your Arsenal of Skills:Project Management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to lead and deliver construction projects.Solid foundation in Civil Engineering principles, able to apply theoretical knowledge to practical construction challenges.Specialized expertise in Factory Building construction, understanding the unique requirements and challenges of industrial facilities.Proficiency in Construction Management techniques, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Familiarity with AutoCAD and Primavera P6 or similar project management software.Strong understanding of Structural Analysis and design principles.Commitment to Quality Control and ensuring project specifications are met.A proactive approach to Risk Management and problem-solving on site.Proven experience in Site Supervision and managing construction teams.Excellent skills in Budget Management and cost control.Experience with Contract Administration and vendor management.Outstanding Problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to adapt to unforeseen challenges.Superior Communication skills, both verbal and written..Demonstrated Leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating project teams.Experience: A minimum of 4-8 years of progressive experience in project engineering, specifically within the construction or civil engineering sector, with a focus on industrial or factory building projects.Career Level: This role is designed for an Experienced professional ready to take on significant responsibility and drive project success.
