Junior Technical Project Manager (TPM) — Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Junior Technical Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of software and technology projects.

The candidate will work closely with development teams, QC, BS, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business requirements.This role is ideal for candidates with a technical background and strong organizational and communication skills who want to grow in software project management.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage cross functional technical projects across the companyDevelop detailed project plans using Microsoft Project, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Coordinate daily follow-ups with developers, QC, and business teams.Preparing necessary presentation materials for project status reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.Support Agile/Scrum concepts such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Manage necessary certifications, including PCI compliance and penetration testing, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.Communicate project updates to internal stakeholders.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.Support testing, deployment, and release activities.Determining project changes (CRs)Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Coordinate with technical teams regarding:APIs and integrationsDatabasesInfrastructure and deploymentBug tracking and testingUse project tracking tools such as Jira, MS project

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.3-5 years of experience in Project Management preferably within the fintech, telecom, banking, or software development sectors.Digital Products & Lifecycle management experience is requiredPMP Knowledge is preferred Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologiesExcellent communication & stakeholder management skillsExperience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
