Project Manager

Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management strategies.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and present regular progress reports, cost analyses, and project documentation to stakeholders and senior management.Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and overseeing supplier relationships.Foster a culture of innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement within project teams.Mentor and guide junior staff, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.Drive client satisfaction by delivering exceptional construction experiences that align with RAQMU’s values and standards.

Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 10 years of proven experience in project management within the construction prefer in hospitals.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve conflicts efficiently.Commitment to upholding RAQMU’s values of integrity, innovation, and community impact.
