Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage healthcare service and operational projects end-to-end.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, medical partners, and support functions.Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and internal quality standards.Provide clear project updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and key milestones.ImpactYour work will directly contribute to improving service quality, operational performance, and patient satisfaction—helping deliver reliable and well-coordinated healthcare solutions.

Here’s what we’re looking for:Experience: 3–7 years of project management experience.

Pharmaceutical university graduates or candidates with a marketing/agency background are encouraged to apply.Skills: Proven expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management.Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.Education: A degree in Pharmacy, or a related field is highly advantageous.Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets effectively.Must have a car.
