Project Manager

To be the Company’s representative on site.To perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects.To be the head of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, engineers, construction managers, supervisors, planners, consultants and subcontractors.Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction siteSolve technical issues that arise daily on Site.Ensuring that the drawings and specifications of the Project are complied with.Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.Hire full-time and temporary laborers to contribute to each project.Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites.Maintain constant communication with client’s representatives.Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

Bachelor of Engineering /Civil Major is a must+ 20 years of work experienceWorking experience in the field of construction, fit-out and finishingV.Good EnglishEgyptians Only.
