Project Planner

Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project for projects related to swimming pools and water features (fountains).Break down project activities—including civil, mechanical, and electrical works—supporting timeline development under the guidance of senior engineers.Monitor daily and weekly progress of electromechanical and civil activities, and update schedules based on site feedback.Highlight potential delays in pool and fountain works and report them to the planning engineer or project manager.Prepare progress reports and look-ahead schedules aligned with project phases and site execution.Coordinate with site and technical office teams to collect data related to pool systems, MEP works, and finishing activities.Maintain accurate records of project progress, updates, and planning documentation.Support in tracking manpower, materials, and equipment in line with project schedules.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.2–6 years of experience in project planning, preferably in construction and MEP-related projects.Basic understanding of construction activities including civil, mechanical (MEP), and electrical works.Familiarity with electromechanical systems related to swimming pools and water features (fountains) is preferred.Good knowledge of project planning principles, scheduling, and progress monitoring.Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project is a must.Good command of MS Office (especially Excel for reporting and tracking).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
