Project Planning & Controls Manager

Lead planning and project controls activities across multiple construction projects while actively participating in project execution and scheduling activitiesDevelop, review, and maintain baseline schedules in alignment with project scope and contractual milestonesOversee schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and progress trackingManage delay analysis processes and support Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and claims documentationDevelop and review resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedulesMonitor project performance, critical path activities, and schedule risk impactsCoordinate planning activities with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teamsPrepare executive-level progress reports, dashboards, forecasts, and KPI analysesSupport project controls functions including forecasting, earned value analysis, and change managementParticipate in project coordination and progress meetings to ensure alignment with project objectivesReview contractual schedules and ensure compliance with project requirementsSupport tender planning, bid schedules, and project execution strategiesContribute directly to planning deliverables and project scheduling activities in addition to managerial responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil or a related fieldProven experience in Project Planning & Controls Management within the construction industryAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6Strong experience in baseline scheduling, EOT management, delay analysis, resource loading, and cost loading6+ Yrs of Experience, 3 Yrs of Experience at least in a Supervisory Planning roleStrong understanding of project controls, forecasting, and schedule risk managementExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical, reporting, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholdersFluent English is MustAbility to commute to Doki, Giza.Comfortably working under US Eastern Time Zone (1 to 10 PM for Females, 3PM till 12 AM for Males)
