Project Senior Engineer / Civil Senior Engineer

Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through execution and final handover.Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to project requirements.Review engineering designs, BOQs, technical documents, and contractor submissions.Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations and company policies throughout project execution.Prepare project progress reports, monitor risks, and provide recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.Manage contractor performance, evaluate work quality, and verify completed work before approval.Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, and other departments to execute projects with minimal disruption to plant operations.Support CAPEX projects, facility expansions, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.✅ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.✅ Experience in industrial plants, factories, or heavy industrial projects is highly preferred✅ Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.✅ Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams.✅ Familiarity with safety regulations and construction standards.✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.✅ Excellence command of English.
