Projects Manager High-End finishing works

Oversee the execution of interior and exterior finishing works across multiple simultaneous projects.Lead and manage multiple site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, timely completion, and cost control.Coordinate with international & Local consultants to ensure compliance with global design standards, material specifications, and project requirements.Establish and lead the finishing technical execution department, including setting systems, procedures, and reporting structures.Ensure execution aligns with approved shop drawings, specifications, and client expectations.Oversee the full project lifecycle—from mobilization to handover—ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.Prepare and consolidate detailed Periodic technical and financial reports for High-level management review.Resolve on-site challenges and technical issues promptly to avoid delays and ensure progress continuity.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).Minimum of 20 years of experience in high-end finishing projects (Residential, compounds, villas, office buildings, retail spaces, and shopping malls).Strong knowledge of modern finishing systems and technologies, including: (Advanced materials and finishes, Automation systems, Central heating and cooling systems (HVAC), Smart building solutions, Solid understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and coordination with electromechanical teams).Excellent command of project planning tools (Primavera / MS Project).PMP certification is preferred.Working knowledge of Revit is a plus.
