Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage strategic PR campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, influencers, and key stakeholders.Develop compelling press releases, media kits, and communication materials.Manage crisis communications effectively, safeguarding the company's reputation.Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing insights and recommendations.Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.Organize and oversee public events, press conferences, and media appearances.Skills/Technologies: This role demands expertise in Public Relations, Marketing, Media Relations, and Crisis Communication.

Experience & Expertise: We are seeking a seasoned professional with 5-10 years of progressive experience in Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to operate at a Managerial level, leading initiatives, and guiding strategic decisions.Core Competencies:Demonstrable mastery in Public Relations and Marketing strategy and execution.Exceptional skills in Media Relations, with a robust network of contacts.A strong background in Crisis Communication and reputation management.Proficiency in developing and implementing effective Content Strategy.Expertise in Brand Management and enhancing brand equity.A natural ability to excel in Stakeholder Engagement and relationship building.Familiarity with Journalism principles and effective Copywriting.Mindset: A proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
