QS Tender Engineer

To support the tendering department in the preparation of accurate, competitive, and commercially sound bids by performing quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and subcontractor/supplier enquiries — ensuring all tenders are submitted on time and in full compliance with client requirements.Study and interpret architectural, structural drawings as well as specifications, and tender documents thoroughly.Attend mandatory pre-tender site visits and client briefing sessions on behalf of the tendering department.Perform detailed and accurate quantity take-offs for all civil, architectural, and finishing works in accordance with standard measurement rules and Method of measurement of tender.Prepare and check Bills of Quantities (BOQ) ensuring completeness and accuracy Identify and flag any discrepancies, ambiguities, or missing information in tender documents and raise it accordinglyPrepare RFQ to send to different suppliers.Review supplier’s quotations and compare them with the tender requirements.Negotiate with suppliers to get lowest price and best conditions.Assist in any other tasks as required within his scope of work.

Bachelor’s degree

• Civil Engineering.Experience 2 – 4 years in the same field.Determined at the time of recruitment.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic preferred).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
