Quality & Handover Engineer / Quality Control Engineer

Conduct routine and targeted inspections to identify engineering violations and follow up on corrections.Explain repair methods to clients or authorized engineers and approve corrected work.Review and approve finishing materials, ensuring compliance with specifications before entry.Determine core drilling locations according to approved method statements.Match engineering drawings with contracts to ensure accuracy and consistency.Prepare periodic reports (daily/weekly) on quality control, inspections, and site progress.Document violations, identify root causes and responsible parties, and coordinate with Engineering.Handle customer/resident complaints related to engineering violations with Customer Relations.Monitor corrective actions to ensure compliance with technical specifications and deadlines.Perform handover inspections, including snag list reports, and coordinate resolution with Engineering.Review customer finishing requests and amendments based on engineering standards, coordinating with Customer Service.Enter accurate data into ERP, perform quality checks on drawings and entries, manage tickets, and maintain documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture (mandatory).Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience.Flexibility to commute and work across multiple project sites.Strong logical and critical thinking abilities.High attention to detail.Strong logical and critical thinking abilities.High attention to detail.Proven experience in real estate and construction (essential).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.Experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality finishing projects (preferred).
